Event Power Planner
Add the estimated connected loads for major AV systems, then apply planning headroom and view an idealised current estimate.
02 / Visualise
Where the load is coming from.
Relative connected load by category
03 / Estimate
Planning load.
Power summary
A rough load picture before electrical design.
This planner helps production teams communicate approximate load. It is not a distribution-board, cable, protection or generator-sizing tool.

Planning estimate only. The calculation is simplified and does not include power factor, diversity, inrush, phase balancing, cable sizing, protection, earthing, generator behaviour or local electrical requirements. Final temporary power and distribution must be designed and verified by qualified personnel.
Power notes
Useful for load conversations, not final electrical design.
Why add planning headroom?
Real systems can have startup behaviour, changing content, added equipment and operational variation. Headroom helps keep an early estimate from being based on the exact connected-load total.
Is the current figure a circuit recommendation?
No. It is only an idealised current calculation from the planning load and selected voltage/phase reference.
Can I size a generator from this result?
No. Generator and temporary-distribution design requires additional electrical information and qualified review.
