Why is the final screen size different from my target?
LED walls are assembled from fixed-size cabinets. The calculator rounds up to full cabinets so the proposed screen can actually be built.
Does pixel pitch determine viewing distance?
Pixel pitch is an important factor, but content, display size, ambient light and the audience's expectations also matter. The viewing-distance figure shown here is only a rough planning guide.
Can I use these numbers for final electrical or structural design?
No. Final loading, power distribution, mounting structure, processor capacity and safety requirements should be confirmed against the selected equipment and site conditions.
